About the person

Tax consultant Nastassja Sauerhammer focuses on providing ongoing tax advice to national and international companies, (cross-border) structuring advice and succession advice. In addition, she advises our clients on ongoing and completed tax audits and is the contact person for the preparation of expert opinions and statements on special tax issues. After completing her Master’s degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance and Taxation at the University of Passau, Nastassja Sauerhammer began her professional career as a tax assistant at a Big Four company in the International Tax Services division in Hamburg. Most recently, she worked as a tax consultant for a medium-sized, internationally active tax firm. Nastassja Sauerhammer has been working as a tax consultant at BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER since November 2023.
