Nastassja Sauerhammer is a certified German tax advisor and specialized in ongoing tax advice for national and multinational companies, advice on (cross-border) transactions and restructurings as well as business successions. She supports our clients during tax audits and is your contact person for tax expert opinions on German tax matters.
Following her studies of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance and Taxation at the University of Passau, Nastassja Sauerhammer started her professional career as associate at the International Tax Services division of a Big 4 Firm in Hamburg.
She subsequently worked for a medium-sized, international tax consultancy firm and joined BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER in November 2023.
