About the person

Lawyer Knuth Blumenstiel advises our clients in the area of commercial and business law. He also assists our clients with his expertise in matters relating to company law and corporate transactions. However, his main focus is on providing legal advice to hospitals and clinics and on general medical law. Knuth Blumenstiel studied law at the University of Heidelberg, where he also completed his legal clerkship. After completing his studies, he worked in a medium-sized commercial law firm in Heidelberg from 1997 to 2001. In 2002, he moved to Munich to join RP Richter & Partner, where he became a partner in 2006. In 2011, he founded the law firm BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER with six other colleagues. Knuth Blumenstiel is a member of the Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association and of the Association for the Exchange of Ideas between German and Italian Lawyers. In addition, Knuth Blumenstiel sits on several supervisory boards, including the boards of listed stock corporations.
