About the person

Frank Zeidler is a tax consultant and auditor. He specializes in tax planning, tax structuring and audit-related advice. He also supports our clients with his expertise in transactions and VAT. As an auditor, he is responsible for auditing annual and consolidated financial statements and controlling. Frank Zeidler studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. After completing his studies, he began working as a tax consultant and auditor at RP Richter & Partner in Munich, where he also advised as a partner from 2008. In 2011, he founded the law firm BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER with six other colleagues. Frank Zeidler is the author of numerous publications, including Lademann, Kommentar zum EStG, Umsatzsteuer und Bilanzthemen and NWB Verlag – ABC der Rückstellungen.
