About the person

Achim Bergemann is a founding partner and namesake of the firm. His focus is on the taxation of health care companies and group audits. He has been advising our clients very successfully in the area of tax structuring and tax consulting for many years. He also provides companies with advice and support in transactions. Achim Bergemann studied business administration in Aachen. He then began his professional career at Deloitte in 1995. After spending a year abroad in London, he joined RP Richter & Partner as a partner. In 2011, he founded the law firm BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER with six other colleagues. Achim Bergemann is the editor of Gewerbesteuer Kommentar (Bergemann/Wingler, Gabler 2011) and author of RP Richter & Partner (ed.): Gewerbesteuer – Gestaltungsberatung in der Praxis. He has also written commentaries and decision reports for Betriebsberater.
