We are an independent, multidisciplinary firm. We advise companies and entrepreneurs in our core practice areas tax, law and accounting – on an individual, interdisciplinary and expert basis. We place a special focus on tailor-made solutions for our clients’ needs. They sincerely appreciate our approach because we act not only as advisors, but we are also available for ongoing dialogue and as a sparring partner for all questions related to your business.
The firm BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNERs was founded in 2011 – as a spin-off from RP Richter & Partners, now called BakerTillyRölfs. The founding partners are the name partners Achim Bergemann and Frank Schönherr, as well as Knuth Blumenstiel and Frank Zeidler. In 2013, Ronny Walter joined us as a new partner from BakerTillyRölfs. Lisa Pfaff and Philipp Lucas have been strengthening the partnership from within the company since 2024.

We always strive to offer you truly comprehensive service. Tax issues are often closely connected to legal issues and contractual implementation. With our multidisciplinary approach, we can quickly and efficiently recommend complementary solutions and implement them together.
Our client base is broad – from energy, healthcare and automotive companies to financial services providers and private clients. Stock corporations and promising start-ups – including companies both in Germany and in other countries – enrich our client portfolio and make our workdays varied and interesting.
You benefit from our firm’s special way of working: A particularly integrated approach and the ability to make quick decisions lead to swift and pragmatic solutions for each of our clients. Our professional expertise and the highest standards guarantee consistent quality. In particular, we emphasize a hands-on approach with our clients. In practice, this means that you can always count on being in touch with one of the partners. All mandates are supervised by one of our partners – and in contrast to usual practice in many large firms, you are directly in touch with the boss.
7 partners and currently 32 employees – including 13 tax advisors, 4 attorneys and two certified accountant – are at your service. Our support staff includes multiple accountants, tax clerks and tax specialists, as well as an administrative team. Since we are very invested in the younger generation of advisors, we have established two trainee positions: one in the tax practice and the other in the legal practice.

We do a great deal – and we are proud of this. This includes diverse events and team-building exercises, regular training and continuing education courses – we want to actively encourage the careers of our employees.
