We are continuing our successful growth and are looking for a Junior Lawyer (m/f/d) – Banking, Corporate and Capital Markets Law for our Munich office. Have you successfully completed your law studies and would like to start a challenging legal career in the field of commercial law? We offer you the opportunity to gain your first practical experience in a motivated team and to specialize in advising on banking, capital markets and corporate law as well as M&A and litigation. Main areas of activity:

Support in advising clients on banking, capital markets and corporate law.

Participation in M&A transactions and in the design of corporate law structures.

Preparation and analysis of legal documents for mandates in highly regulated industries (in particular banking supervisory law).

Support in commercial disputes and litigation proceedings.

Researching and developing legal solutions as a team.

Your profile:

Completed law studies (with good to very good results (2nd state examination)).

Interest in banking, capital market, corporate and commercial law.

Initial practical experience (traineeship or internship) desirable, but not essential.

High degree of willingness to learn, initiative and curiosity.

Good knowledge of English.

Ability to work in a team and enjoy legal work.
