Who are you and why are you the right partner for me?

We are an independent, multidisciplinary consulting firm that supports companies and entrepreneurs in the areas of tax, law and finance. Our claim: tailor-made, interdisciplinary solutions at the highest level. We are not only consultants, but also sparring partners for entrepreneurial decisions.

How long has BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER been around?

The law firm was founded in 2011. In addition to the founding partners Achim Bergemann, Frank Schönherr, Knuth Blumenstiel and Frank Zeidler, Lisa Pfaff and Philipp Lucas joined the partnership from its own ranks in 2024.

In October 2024, we gained Christian Hackenberg as a new partner.

What makes you special?

We combine the flexibility and personal service of a boutique law firm with the expertise of large consulting firms. For us, quality, creativity and reliability are paramount – and always on an equal footing with our clients.

Why do you combine tax advice, legal advice and auditing?

Many tax issues are closely linked to legal and accounting issues. Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to offer fast and efficient solutions that take all aspects into account.

Who are your clients?

Our client portfolio is broadly diversified: from companies in the energy, healthcare and automotive sectors to financial service providers and private clients. Our clients include large listed companies and promising start-ups as well as international companies.

Why do you celebrate so much together?

Because laughing together is more fun! We don’t just celebrate big successes, but also the little things in everyday life – this strengthens team spirit and creates a positive atmosphere.

What do you do when you're not working?

Barbecues, sports competitions or simply an after-work drink – we believe that work and pleasure should go hand in hand.

Do I have to take part in the team events?

It’s not a must, but we’re sure you won’t want to miss any more after the first event!

Why do you have such a strong team spirit?

Because we know that great results can only be achieved as a team. We really live and breathe collaboration – and you can see that in our daily work together.

What is your secret to a good mood in the office?

Humor, open exchange and a good portion of coffee.

Do I have to wear a suit to work for you?

Only if you feel comfortable in it. What counts for us is that you are yourself – whether in a suit or in jeans.

What happens if someone forgets a birthday?

Don’t worry, no birthday is forgotten with us! There’s always someone who thinks of the cake.
